Executive Directors

  • Mr. Chan Ka Keung

    Executive Director (Chairman)

    Mr. Chan Ka Keung joined the Group in 2009 and ascended to the role of Executive Director in July 2025. In this pivotal position, he is instrumental in shaping the company’s overarching vision and aligning business development strategies with the group’s annual objectives. His leadership ensures the integration of effective corporate governance while spearheading discussions on critical company issues, thus driving sustainable growth.

    His accolades include the全球傑出華人青年 (Global Outstanding Chinese Youth) title awarded by the Global Outstanding Chinese Association in 2016, the Young Industrialist Award from the Federation of Hong Kong Industries in 2019, and the Second Generation Legacy Award from Legacy Academy in 2020. Mr. Chan currently serves as the vice-convenor of the Industry Consultative Networks (Catering) under the Employees Retraining Record and holds membership in the Environmental Campaign Committee as well as the Food Business and Related Service Task Force under the Business Facilitation Advisory Committee. Additionally, he is the vice chairman of the Hong Kong Federation of Restaurants and Related Trades Limited (HKFORT), founding chairman of the HKFORT Youth Committee, and Honorary Chairman of the Hong Kong O2O E-commerce Federation.

    With over 16 years of dedicated service to the Group, Mr. Chan has been pivotal in establishing and cultivating various brands and business segments, including both online platforms and secondary-line brand initiatives. He has successfully led the information technology team in developing multi-functional Group applications and system upgrades that enhance the customer experience. Mr. Chan's oversight spans multiple departments, including property management, engineering and maintenance, and information technology.

    Mr. Chan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from De Montfort University in Leicester, United Kingdom, awarded in 2004.

  • Ms. Chan Shuk Fong

    Executive Director (Vice Chairman)

    Ms. Chan Shuk Fong joined our Group in 2012 and was appointed as Executive Director in 2018. She plays a pivotal role in supporting the Chairman of the Board by overseeing board affairs and collaboratively formulating strategic plans and key decisions. Her responsibilities encompass capital financing, investor relations, compliance management, asset management, corporate affairs, marketing, talent management, and sustainability, all aimed at ensuring robust corporate governance.

    With a steadfast commitment to enhancing the Group’s brand image and driving business development, Ms. Chan has been integral to the Group’s success. Under her leadership, the organization has accumulated over 100 prestigious awards in areas including brand management, marketing and promotion, product and service excellence, environmental protection, and corporate social responsibility. Additionally, she has received numerous accolades for her individual contributions to leadership, notably being named Professional Marketer of the Year by the Hong Kong Institute of Marketing in 2020, recognizing her significant impact on market strategy development.

    Ms. Chan is currently an elected member of The Quality Tourism Services Association’s Governing Council, serves on the General Committee of The Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies, and is a member of the Advisory Board of the School of Continuing and Professional Studies at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Hong Kong Federation of Restaurants and Related Trades and serves as an Honorary Advisor for the Hong Kong Smart Catering Association.

    Ms. Chan holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Asia International Open University (Macau) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Training from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom.

  • Mr. Yuen Chi Ming

    Executive Director

    Mr. Yuen Chi Ming is one of the founders of the Group and has over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, during which he gained substantial experience on the aspects of 5-S, food and occupational safety. He is mainly responsible for overall strategic planning

  • Mr. Ho Ping Kee

    Non-Executive Director

    Mr. Ho Ping Kee has over 30 years of experience in the retail pharmacy industry, during which he gained substantial understanding of the market of retail business in Hong Kong and knowledge in site selection. He was appointed as our non-executive director in 2018 and is currently supervisory chairman of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Pharmacy Limited and has been the director of Target Spot Limited which operates three pharmacies in Hong Kong

  • Mr. Wong Shiu Hoi Peter

    Independent Non-executive Director

    Mr. Wong Shiu Hoi Peter possesses over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, was the chairman of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors and is currently its hon council member. He serves as independent non-executive director for a number of listed companies in Hong Kong, and was a former member of each of the Standing Committee of Company Law Reform from 2000 to 2006 and the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange from 1998 to 2006

  • Mr. Mak Ping Leung (alias: Mak Wah Cheung)

    Independent Non-executive Director

    Mr. Mak Ping Leung (alias: Mak Wah Cheung) is one of the founders of Hong Kong Economic Times Holdings Limited (“HKET”) and was its managing director and executive director from 29 April 2005 to 30 April 2020 as well as the Publisher of HKET and the Sky Post. He was responsible for formulating business strategies and oversees publishing, recruitment advertising and printing production at HKET. He is currently the independent non-executive director of Clifford Modern Living Holdings Limited, and was an independent non-executive director of Zhong Ji Longevity Science Group Limited (formerly known as "Asia Pacific Silk Road Investment Company Limited") from 2020 to 2021

  • Dr. Sat Chui Wan

    Independent Non-executive Director

    Dr. Sat has nearly 30 years of experience in the financial management and has extensive working experience in accounting, finance, compliance, management and strategic planning in different industries. She served as the executive director, chief financial officer and authorised representative of Human Health Holdings Limited (stock code: 1419) from June 2015 to February 2023. Dr. Sat has been a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1996 and was admitted as an associate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the same year and has been a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants from 2001 to 2023

    Dr. Sat obtained a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1992, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Lancaster in the United Kingdom in 2000 and a degree of Doctor of Business Administration from the City University of Hong Kong in 2018

Senior Management

  • Mr. Ho Siu Fung

    Chief Operation Officer

    Mr. Ho Siu Fung joined the Group in 1999 after accumulating extensive experience with several leading catering organizations. In July 2025, he was elevated to the role of Chief Operating Officer, where he is entrusted with the comprehensive development of operational strategies, quality control, food safety, and occupational safety standards for our diverse culinary brands across Hong Kong and Mainland China. Additionally, Mr. Ho leads the operations team in the strategic expansions into new markets, including Macau and international territories.

    By continuously refining operational management practices and strategies, Mr. Ho has pioneered the deployment of automated food production systems across all restaurant departments, including kitchens, beverage bars, and siu mei sections. This initiative has not only ensured the standardization of food quality but has also significantly boosted production efficiency.

    Under Mr. Ho’s stewardship, the Group’s operations team has consistently garnered accolades for exceptional service and commitment to sustainable catering practices. Notably, Trusty Congee King (Wan Chai) and Sing Kee Seafood Restaurant have achieved recommendations from the Michelin Guide for 14 and 9 consecutive years, respectively.

    Mr. Ho graduated in 1993 with a degree in Business Administration from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (formerly Hong Kong Polytechnic). He is an active member of the Board of Directors for The Association for Hong Kong Catering Services Management Ltd. (HKCSM) and serves on the Professional Education and Training Committee of the Hong Kong College of Technology (HKCT).

  • Mr. Yiu Man

    General Manager and Director of Central Production and Product Development

    Mr. Yiu Man has been in the catering industry for over 40 years, and joined the Group in 2002. He is mainly responsible for the overall management and development of the Food Factories, including product development, centralized procurement, food safety and logistics management. Mr. Yiu headed the design, construction, equipment planning and management of the Hong Kong Food Factory and Mainland China Food Factory to support the wide variety of new products used for different cuisines

  • Mr. Sin Wai Hung

    Group Advisor

    Mr. Sin Wai Hung is mainly responsible for establishing and enhancing policy convergence between the parent company and the subsidiaries, devising business procedures and data analysis, as well as assisting facilitate project management and strengthening the company’s corporate governance. He was the General Manager and Director of Corporate Management of the Group and has over 35 years of management experience in the catering and retail industry

    Mr. Sin obtained a degree of Bachelor in Science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1981 and a diploma in Management Studies and master degree in Business Administration from the Hong Kong Polytechnic (now known as The Hong Kong Polytechnic University) in 1987 and 1993, respectively

  • Mr. Chau Ching Hang Dennis

    Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary

    Mr. Chau Ching Hang Dennis is the Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary of the Group, his responsibilities include overseeing the financial management and company secretarial matters of the Group, also the investor relations management and group restructuring. Mr. Chau holds a degree of Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting and Finance), a degree of Master of Accountancy and a degree of Master of Business Administration. He is currently a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has extensive experience in financial management, accounting, taxation, auditing and company secretarial matters in Hong Kong and Mainland China. He had served in KPMG in his early years and had also held senior management positions in catering groups and various companies the securities of which are listed on the Stock Exchange.

  • Mr. Ng Yi Hang Walter

    General Manager and Director (Casual Dining)

    Mr. Ng Yi Hang Walter is the General Manager and Director (Casual Dining) . His responsibilities include operations and development of the Group’ s casual dining business, including the management of brands such as TeaWood (茶木), Pho Le (錦麗) and Man Shan Taipei (滿山台北). Mr. Ng has more than 30 years of experience in the food and beverage chain management, operation, mergers and acquisitions, investment as well as international brand franchising. Prior to joining our Group, he has served as Managing Director for Greater China in SSP Asia Pacific and has held senior management roles in various other businesses previously. He was an Associate Professor in Hotel and Tourism Management of the Chinese University of Hong Kong Business School from 2010 to 2013.

  • Ms. Zhou Yuewu

    General Manager (Back office and Leasing)

    Ms. Zhou Yuewu has over 25 years of experience in human resources, administration, finance and leasing management in Mainland China and was conferred the qualification of intermediate accountant by the Ministry of Finance of the PRC in May 2005. Ms. Zhou joined the Group in 2004 and is now responsible for overseeing and managing human resources, administration, leasing and trademark registration and ordinance matters in Mainland China
