Objective:
1. To build team spirit and facilitate teamwork, improve discipline and efficiency
2. To encourage management staff to face difficulties and tackle problems
3. To help management staff to realize their full potential
211 colleagues at management level are selected to participate in the outdoor adventure training. Through accepting different challenges, participants are able to build up courage and confidence which in turn helps them to better face daily operation issues. The focused training is a way to improve staff performance at workplace and prepare them for more important roles in the future.
