In 1989, Mr Chan Wing On and Mr. Yuen Chi Ming among others founded their first restaurant under the “Tai Hing” brand in Sai Wan Ho, Hong Kong. With years of development, the management has integrated traditional and innovative business philosophy, also adopting multi-brand business model when expanding the market, that let Tai Hing gradually expanded from a siu mei style restaurant to the largest multi-brand casual dining restaurant operators1 in Hong Kong, and established a chain of over 200 restaurants network in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Macau. In addition to our flagship “Tai Hing” brand, we grown our brand portfolio through in-house development, acquisitions and licensing including “Men Wah Bing Teng”, “TeaWood”,  “Asam Chicken Rice”, "Trusty Congee King”, “Phở Lê”, “Dao Cheng”, “Dimpot”, “Dumpling Station”, “Tommy Yummy”,  “Tori Yoichi”,  “SingKee” and “Bingle Bingle”

Tai Hing Group has implemented the stringent “5-S” management system, and with our own independent production and logistic center, that sets a highly standardized production process, also required employees to provide close control over product development and production process with highest quality with an aim of creating distinctive and sage dining experience for our customers


In order to enable customers to enjoy meals under a comfortable and pleasant environment, Tai Hing Group highly valued restaurant’s service quality, that always provide high quality and professional services to satisfy all client's’ needs.
