Executive Directors

  • Mr. Chan Wing On

    Chairman and Executive Director

    Mr. Chan Wing On is one of the founders of the Group and has over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. He is instrumental in business expansion and has successfully implemented a multi-brand strategy to develop the Group from a siu mei style restaurant under the “Tai Hing” brand to a multi-brand restaurant group with presence in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau and Taiwan offering Chinese (including Cantonese and Taiwanese), Japanese and Vietnamese cuisines

    Mr. Chan actively serves both the community and the catering service industry including, among others, currently serving as President of the Hong Kong Federation of Restaurants and Related Trades, Chairman of the Governing Council of the Quality Tourism Services Association in Hong Kong, Vice Chairman of the Council of the Occupational Safety and Health Council in Hong Kong, Chairman of the Publicity Committee of the Occupational Safety and Health Council in Hong Kong, Chairman of the Catering Safety and Health Steering Committee of the Occupation Safety and Health Council in Hong Kong

    Mr. Chan is primarily responsible for the overall strategic planning and major decision making of the Group. He is also the Chairman of Nomination Committee and a member of Remuneration Committee

  • Mr. Yuen Chi Ming

    Executive Director

    Mr. Yuen Chi Ming has served the Group for over 29 years and is mainly responsible for overall strategic planning and implementing the 5-S (Structurise, Systematise, Sanitise, Standardise and Self-discipline) method and overseeing the Group’s food safety and occupational safety standards. Under his leadership, the Group has adopted the 5-S workplace management philosophy to enhance environmental hygiene, food quality and operational efficiency

  • Mr. Lau Hon Kee

    Executive Director

    Mr. Lau Hon Kee joined the Group in 1990 and is mainly responsible for overall strategic planning and overseeing the project management of the Group. He has contributed to the upgrade of work facilities, improvement of work safety and various energy-saving projects

  • Ms. Chan Shuk Fong

    Executive Director

    Ms. Chan Shuk Fong joined the Group in 2012 as a senior advisor and was appointed as executive director in 2018. She is mainly responsible for overall strategic planning, including capital financing, brand building, marketing, talent management and corporate compliance

    Ms. Chan is currently a member of the board of directors of the Hong Kong Federation of Restaurants and Related Trades, a committee member of the Industry Advisory Committee on Long Term Business of the Insurance Authority in Hong Kong, a member of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal Panel in Hong Kong and a member of the Advisory Board of Continuing and Professional Studies of The Chinese University of Hong Kong

    Non-Executive Director

    Mr. Ho Ping Kee joined the Group in 2001 and mainly responsible for overall strategic planning, supervising the management of the Group and providing advices on site selection

  • Mr. Wong Shiu Hoi Peter

    Independent Non-executive Director

    Mr. Wong Shiu Hoi Peter possesses over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry and is currently a council member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. He has served as an independent non-executive director for a number of listed companies in Hong Kong, and was a former member of each of the Standing Committee of Company Law Reform from 2000 to 2006 and the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange from 1998 to 2006

  • Mr. Mak Ping Leung (alias: Mak Wah Cheung)

    Independent Non-executive Director

    Mr. Mak Ping Leung (alias: Mak Wah Cheung), is one of the founders of Hong Kong Economic Times Holdings Limited (“HKET”) and has been its managing director and an executive director since 2005. He is responsible for formulating business strategies and oversees publishing, recruitment advertising and printing production at HKET

  • Dr. Sat Chui Wan

    Independent Non-executive Director

    Dr. Sat has been an executive director and chief financial officer of Human Health Holdings Limited (stock code: 1419) (“HHH”). Dr. Sat has been a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1996 and was admitted as an associate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 1996 and has been a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 2001

  • Mr. Ho Siu Fung

    General Manager and Director of Chinese Gourmet

    Mr. Ho Siu Fung has served in several catering groups prior joining the Group in 1999. He is mainly responsible for operations and overall development of the Group’s Chinese cuisine catering and brand management of “Tai Hing”, “Trusty Congee King”, “Men Wah Bing Teng” and “Rice Rule”. Mr. Ho has been constantly enhancing operation management and strategies and spearheaded the extensive implementation of automation systems for food production in the restaurant kitchen, the beverage bar and the siu mei department, helps to standardize food quality and production efficiency. In addition, Mr. Ho is also responsible for business expansion of “Tai Hing” branches in Taiwan and Macau

  • Mr. Yiu Man

    General Manager and Director of Central Production and Product Development

    Mr. Yiu Man has been in the catering industry for over 40 years and joined the Group in 2002. He is mainly responsible for logistics, purchasing, the overall management and development of the Food Factories, product development and food safety. Mr. Yiu headed the design, construction, equipment planning and management of the Hong Kong Food Factory and Mainland China Food Factory to support the wide variety of new products for different cuisines

  • Mr. Lam Tai Po

    General Manager and Director of Mainland China

    Mr. Lam Tai Po is primarily responsible for managing the Group’s operations and business development in Mainland China. He has over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry and began to gain exposure to the market in Mainland China early in his career. The Group’s operations in Mainland China have won numerous industry awards under Mr. Lam’s guidance

  • Mr. Sin Wai Hung

    Group Advisor

    Mr. Sin Wai Hung has over 35 years of experience in both the catering and retail industries and joined the Group in 2010 as a senior advisor. Mr. Sin is mainly responsible for overseeing information technology, especially in system development and integration (such as human resources information system and enterprise resource planning system “ERP”), aligning the reporting and policies between Group and subsidiaries, continuously enhancing the core business workflows, data analysis and corporate governance

  • Mr. Chan Ka Keung

    General Manager (Casual Dining)

    Mr. Chan Ka Keung joined the Group in 2009 and is mainly responsible for the operations of casual dining restaurants, business development, marketing, brand building and product development. Mr. Chan mainly manages operations under “TeaWood”, “Phở Lê”, “Tokyo Tsukiji”, “Fisher & Farmer” and “Hot Pot Couple” brands, spearheaded the development of new brands for casual dining in the Group. Mr. Chan was awarded全球傑出華人青年 (Global Outstanding Chinese Youth*) by the Global Outstanding Chinese Association in 2016. He is currently a member of the Environmental Campaign Committee, the vice president of the Hong Kong Federation of Restaurants and Related Trades Limited (“HKFORT”), president of the HKFORT Youth Committee and the chairman of the Hong Kong O2O E-commerce Federation

  • Mr. Wong Kin Pong Edmond

    Senior Director of the Group Finance Department and Company Secretary

    Mr. Wong Kin Pong Edmond is the senior director of the group finance department and the company secretary, his responsibilities include overseeing the financial management and company secretarial matters of the Group. Mr. Wong has over 15 years of experience in financial management and served as a financial controller in various listed companies prior joining the Group. He is currently a fellow at the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a chartered financial analyst at the CFA Institute

  • Ms. Zhou Yuewu

    General Manager (Back office and Leasing)

    Ms. Zhou Yuewu has over 10 years of experience in administration and management in Mainland China and was conferred the qualification of intermediate accountant by the Ministry of Finance of the PRC in May 2005. Ms. Zhou joined the Group in 2004 and is now responsible for overseeing and managing finance, human resources, administration, leasing and trademark matters in Mainland China
