To extend our care to a wider community members, we have been participating in elderly support projects since last year, collaborating with government, industry, and NGOs. Through designated time periods, we distributed dining vouchers, allowing senior citizens to dine in at an affordable price.
This year, "Tai Hing" and "Men Wah Bing Ting" of the Group are once again sponsoring a total of 70,000 dining vouchers for the elderly, offering two meals with drinks at HK$25: Tai Hing's “Steamed pork patties and preserved cabbage with rice”; Men Wah's Signature "Roast premium quality BBQ pork rice”. We thank Mr. Chan Kwok-ki, GBS, IDSM, JP, Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr. Tommy Cheung GBM, GBS, JP and The Hon Jonathan Leung, MH, the Legislative Council (catering sector) for visiting and joining the Group's top management in having lunch with elderly members of the HKYWCA, encouraging seniors to get more into the community.
