Two Major Staff Service Competitions of the Year highlight the Group's Commitment to Service Excellence

To elevate our service standards, the Group actively appoints Tai Hing "Good Attitude" ambassadors and encourages front-line colleagues to participate in two major annual industry competitions. These platforms empower them to exchange best practices with peers, enhance their professional image, refine their service skillsets, sharpen their adaptability, and cultivate a culture of service excellence.

 

The 2026 "Outstanding QTS Merchant and Service Staff Awards"— jointly organized by the Hong Kong Tourism Board and the Quality Tourism Services Association successfully concluded between in June. In the open competition, our team stood out in the "Casual Dining" and "Asian Cuisine" categories, clinching 2 Silvers, 1 Bronze, and 4 Merits. Furthermore, Trusty Congee King was honored with the Silver Outstanding QTS Merchant Awards! 

 

On the other hand, we specially invited Mr. Joseph Kwan Kwok-chuen, Chairman of EGL Tours, as the Guest of Honour of the Group’s "Quality Service Awards Presentation Ceremony" in July. Together with Mr. Jiro Lee, the spokesperson for “Tai Hing Good Attitude”, and other distinguished guests, they witnessed the team's achievements, encouraged colleagues to serve with heart, creating warm, quality, and "Good Attitude" service experiences.
