The Best of the Best Culinary Awards 2016

In addition to providing training and career development to our staff, the Group encourages staff to gain knowledge and experience through competitions. The Best of the Best Culinary Awards organized by the Hong Kong Tourism Board is Hong Kong’s largest culinary pageant. After winning awards in the past years, our Chefs participated in the pageant this year again. Competing with various entry dishes, the Group is honored to win Sliver Award in pork category.
