Culinary Heritage of Bibimbap “On Kim Pot Rice" uses selected rice and ingredients, meticulously matched with secret bibimbap sauce, and mixes it in a hot stone pot to restore the flavor of traditional bibimbap. The unique region and climate of the North-east district, with the significant temperature difference between day and night, breed high-quality golden rice. Passing down the spirit of craftsmanship from generation to generation, it makes bibimbap one of the representative dishes of Joseon ethnicity. The time-honored bibimbap making technique was introduced as one of the Intangible Cultural Heritages of Jilin Province in 2021.
