Q.S.C Enhancement and Rewards Competition

Objectives: To encourage colleagues to practically apply management knowledge and skills acquired from training activities to shop level
The Group has selected 11 frontline staff to participate in the “Q.S.C Enhancement and Rewards Competition”. The participants have to interpret in different ways to demonstrate three management theories: planning, execution and review, and explain how they implement the theories in shop level, enhancing quality, service and environmental aspects of the workplace, thereby helping them to excel in their positions.
