The Group actively organizes various types of training activity, aiming to engage employees with corporate culture, develop their talents in a safe and cozy working environment and strengthen inter-departments’ communications, while also enhancing their sense of belonging, cohesion and team spirit to build a high-performing team in the long run. With the theme of "Ignite spirit, Improve execution, Achieve good results", a total of 11 Tai Hing Leadership Outbound Training sessions were successfully held from April to November this year and were well received by close to 700 management colleagues, empowering them to unleash potential and equip themselves.
