Employee well-being is closely related to the Group’s sustainable growth. Straddling over a decade ago, the Group has been promoting the smoking cessation program to encourage employees quit-smoking and establish healthy living habits which boost their work performance and professional image. The Group also plans to extend the smoke-free culture to employees’ family members in the next stage to amplify the imapct.
This year, Tai Hing is thrilled to be the first catering enterprise to win the Gold Award of the Hong Kong Smoke-free Leading Enterprise Award organized by the Hong Kong Council on Smoking and Health (COSH), recognizing our relevant effective policies and outstanding performance.
